إِنَّ ٱللَّهَ عَٰلِمُ غَيْبِ ٱلسَّمَٰوَٰتِ وَٱلْأَرْضِ ۚ إِنَّهُۥ عَلِيمٌۢ بِذَاتِ ٱلصُّدُورِ
'Inna -llaha ʻālimu ghay'bi ssamāwāti wal-'ar'ḍi . 'innahu ʻalīmun[m] bidhāti ṣṣudūri
Verily Allah knows (all) the hidden things of the heavens and the earth: verily He has full knowledge of all that is in (men's) hearts.

Allah knows everything hidden in the heavens and the earth and every secret in people's hearts.
Start with bismillah.
Ask: "Is there anything you think nobody knows about you?"
Watch the Little Ummah Studio video Allah Sees the Heart.
Now listen to the ayah together in the app, with the translation. Ask: "What does Allah know?"
Each child keeps one wonder question, for example: "Does Allah know what I am thinking now?" Younger children can draw theirs.
Find it in the mushaf: Surah Fatir is surah 35. Find ayah 38. The key words dhat as-sudur mean what is inside the chests, the secrets of the heart. Allah knows our hidden worries, hopes and intentions. That means good intentions count even when nobody sees them, and we can tell Allah everything in dua.
Fact: What is the Arabic word for intention, which comes before every action?
Ages 5–8: Heart box. Write a secret good intention, fold it into a heart-shaped box and keep it.
Ages 9–12: Intention check. Before three activities today, write your intention for each.
Finish with: "I found that the word for intention is ___."
Talk together:
Make a small plan: "This week, I will set a good intention before school and before play."
Action: Set a good intention before school and before play.
