Now listen to the ayah together in the app, with the translation. Ask: "What does Allah add to the reward?"

Each child keeps one wonder question, for example: "What does it mean that Allah appreciates?" Younger children can draw theirs.

Find it in the mushaf: Surah Fatir is surah 35. Find ayah 30. The key word ash-shakur means the Most Appreciative. Allah notices even small efforts and rewards them generously, adding extra from His bounty. He also forgives mistakes. We can copy this by appreciating others and saying thank you for their effort.

Ages 5–8: Thank-you cards. Make a card for someone whose effort you noticed.

Ages 9–12: Effort spotting. Write down five efforts family members made today that nobody thanked them for.
