Find it in the mushaf: Surah Ar-Rum is surah 30. Find ayah 4. The key word bid' means a few, between three and nine. Within that time, the Romans did defeat the Persians, just as the Quran had said. All of this happened by Allah's command, and the believers were glad to see Allah's word come true.
