وَهُوَ ٱلَّذِى يَبْدَؤُا۟ ٱلْخَلْقَ ثُمَّ يُعِيدُهُۥ وَهُوَ أَهْوَنُ عَلَيْهِ ۚ وَلَهُ ٱلْمَثَلُ ٱلْأَعْلَىٰ فِى ٱلسَّمَٰوَٰتِ وَٱلْأَرْضِ ۚ وَهُوَ ٱلْعَزِيزُ ٱلْحَكِيمُ
How to read it
Wa huwa -lladhī yab'da'u l-khal'qa thumma yuʻīduhu wahuwa 'ah'wanu ʻalay'hi . walahu l-mathalu l-'aʻ'lā fī ssamāwāti wal-'ar'ḍi . wahuwa l-ʻazīzu l-ḥakīmu
It is He Who begins (the process of) creation; then repeats it; and for Him it is most easy. To Him belongs the loftiest similitude (we can think of) in the heavens and the earth: for He is Exalted in Might, full of wisdom.
