قُلْ يَٰٓأَهْلَ ٱلْكِتَٰبِ لِمَ تَكْفُرُونَ بِـَٔايَٰتِ ٱللَّهِ وَٱللَّهُ شَهِيدٌ عَلَىٰ مَا تَعْمَلُونَ
Qul' yā'ah'la l-kitābi lima tak'furūna bi'āyāti -llahi wa-llahu shahīdun ʻalā mā taʻ'malūna
Say: "O People of the Book! Why reject ye the Signs of Allah, when Allah is Himself witness to all ye do?"

A question is put to those given earlier scripture: how can they deny Allah's signs while He sees all their deeds?
Start with bismillah.
Ask: "How does knowing Allah sees us change what we do?"
Settle down and play the start of a reciter's Ali 'Imran (NgajiBareng04).
Now listen to the ayah together in the app, with the translation. Ask: "Who witnesses everything?"
Each child keeps one wonder question, for example: "Why mention that Allah witnesses?" Younger children can draw theirs.
Find it in the mushaf: Surah Ali 'Imran is surah 3. Find ayah 98. Allah is Ash-Shahid, the Witness. Remembering that Allah sees our actions helps us choose good.
Fact: Ash-Shahid means the Witness, who sees everything.
Ages 5–8: Seen by Allah. Before playing, say: Allah sees what I do.
Ages 9–12: Witness. Write how remembering Allah sees helps.
Finish with: "Allah is Ash-___, the Witness."
Talk together:
Make a small plan: "This week, I will remember Allah sees me before choosing."
Action: Remember Allah sees you before choosing.
