وَمَكَرُوا۟ وَمَكَرَ ٱللَّهُ ۖ وَٱللَّهُ خَيْرُ ٱلْمَٰكِرِينَ
Wa makarū wamakara -llahu . wa-llahu khay'ru l-mākirīna
And (the unbelievers) plotted and planned, and Allah too planned, and the best of planners is Allah.

The deniers made plots, and Allah also planned, and Allah's planning is above all others.
Start with bismillah.
Ask: "Whose plan always comes true?"
A short clip on Islamic Channel recites ayat 51–60 of Ali 'Imran. Play the whole clip.
Now listen to the ayah together in the app, with the translation. Ask: "Who planned?"
Each child keeps one wonder question, for example: "Why can no plot beat Allah's plan?" Younger children can draw theirs.
Find it in the mushaf: Surah Ali 'Imran is surah 3. Find ayah 54. Some people plotted against 'Isa, but Allah's plan protected him. People make plans, but Allah's plan is the one that happens.
Fact: The phrase Khayr al-makirin describes Allah in this ayah and in 8:30.
Ages 5–8: Plans. Make a plan for tomorrow and say in sha' Allah.
Ages 9–12: Allah's plan. Write about a time things turned out better than planned.
Finish with: "Allah's plan is above all ___."
Talk together:
Make a small plan: "This week, I will say in sha' Allah when I make plans."
Action: Say in sha' Allah when you make plans.
