Start with bismillah.

Ask: "Can you remember Allah while lying down?"

Play the short clip from sanadUAE of Idrees Abkar reciting ayat 190–195 of Ali 'Imran.

Now listen to the ayah together in the app, with the translation. Ask: "In which positions do they remember Allah?"

Each child keeps one wonder question, for example: "What does 'not in vain' mean?" Younger children can draw theirs.

Find it in the mushaf: Surah Ali 'Imran is surah 3. Find ayah 191. Dhikr can be done anywhere, in any position. Thinking about creation leads to the conclusion: everything has a purpose.

Fact: Dhikr can be done standing, sitting or lying down.

Ages 5–8: Dhikr positions. Say subhanallah standing, sitting and lying.

Ages 9–12: Purpose. Write why nothing was created in vain.

Finish with: "Nothing was created in ___."

Talk together:

• In which positions?
• Which name of Allah does this remind you of?
• What do they think about?
• When will you do dhikr?

Make a small plan: "This week, I will do dhikr before sleeping."
