Start with bismillah.

Holy Qur'an-القرآن الكريم has a short Ali 'Imran clip of Mishary Alafasy reciting ayat 171–180. Play it all.

Now listen to the ayah together in the app, with the translation. Ask: "What do they think about their time?"

Each child keeps one wonder question, for example: "How should we use the time Allah gives us?" Younger children can draw theirs.

Find it in the mushaf: Surah Ali 'Imran is surah 3. Find ayah 178. Time is a gift and a test. Some waste it in wrong. This ayah mentions, in one calm line, their end. Believers use time for good.

Fact: The Prophet said two blessings many people waste are health and free time (Bukhari).

Ages 5–8: Time plan. Plan one hour for good things.

Ages 9–12: Using time. Write how you'll use free time well.

Finish with: "Time is a gift and a ___."

Talk together:

• What do they think?
• Which name of Allah does this remind you of?
• Is time a test?
• How will you use time?

Make a small plan: "This week, I will use some free time to read Qur'an."

• Time is a test.
• Use it well.
• Do good.
• Next time: the next ayah (3:179) says Allah separates good from bad. Explore it together!
