Ask: "Why did the army leaving Uhud not return to attack Madinah?"

Ummah Muslim posted a short recitation of ayah 151 of Ali 'Imran. Listen to all of it together.

Now listen to the ayah together in the app, with the translation. Ask: "What did Allah put in their hearts?"

Each child keeps one wonder question, for example: "Why does shirk bring fear?" Younger children can draw theirs.

Find it in the mushaf: Surah Ali 'Imran is surah 3. Find ayah 151. After Uhud, the Makkan army decided not to return to Madinah. Allah placed fear in their hearts. This ayah mentions, in one calm line, their end. Believers find calm in trusting Allah alone.

Fact: The Makkan army decided not to march on Madinah after Uhud.

Ages 5–8: Calm heart. Say La ilaha illallah and notice the calm.

Ages 9–12: Tawhid and calm. Write why trusting one Allah brings peace.

Finish with: "Tawhid brings ___."

Talk together:

Make a small plan: "This week, I will say La ilaha illallah when I feel nervous."
