لَيْسَ لَكَ مِنَ ٱلْأَمْرِ شَىْءٌ أَوْ يَتُوبَ عَلَيْهِمْ أَوْ يُعَذِّبَهُمْ فَإِنَّهُمْ ظَٰلِمُونَ
Lay'sa laka mina l-'am'ri shay''un 'aw' yatūba ʻalay'him' 'aw' yuʻadhdhibahum' fa'innahum' ẓālimūna
Not for thee, (but for Allah), is the decision: Whether He turn in mercy to them, or punish them; for they are indeed wrong-doers.

The Prophet was told the matter was not his to decide: Allah might turn to them in mercy or hold them to account, for they had done wrong.
Start with bismillah.
Ask: "Who decides whether someone will be guided?"
Play the short Ali 'Imran clip of ayat 121–130 from CINTA NGAJI TV.
Now listen to the ayah together in the app, with the translation. Ask: "Whose decision is it?"
Each child keeps one wonder question, for example: "Why did many of those enemies later become Muslims?" Younger children can draw theirs.
Find it in the mushaf: Surah Ali 'Imran is surah 3. Find ayah 128. After Uhud, the Prophet was sad about those who harmed the believers. Allah said the decision was His. Many of them later became Muslims.
Fact: Khalid ibn al-Walid fought against the Muslims at Uhud and later became a great Companion.
Ages 5–8: Never give up. Talk about how people can change.
Ages 9–12: Hope for all. Write why we never give up on anyone.
Finish with: "The decision is ___."
Talk together:
Make a small plan: "This week, I will make du'a for someone to be guided."
Action: Make du'a for someone to be guided.
