Find it in the mushaf: Surah Al-'Ankabut is surah 29. Find ayah 69, the last ayah. The key words la-nahdiyannahum subulana mean We will surely guide them to Our paths. Effort comes first, then guidance follows. Allah is with al-muhsinin, those who do good beautifully.
Fact: Surah Al-'Ankabut ends with a promise: Allah guides those who strive for Him.
Looking back: Surah Al-'Ankabut began with tests of faith, told of Nuh, Ibrahim, Lut, Shu'ayb and other nations, compared false protectors to a spider's web, praised prayer, and ended with a promise of guidance for those who strive.
Ages 5–8: Spider lesson. Draw a spider web on one side and a strong house on the other, labelled "relying on Allah".
Ages 9–12: Surah journey. Make a timeline of the prophets and lessons in Al-'Ankabut.
