Opening the ayah…
Wa ka'ayyin mmin dābbatin llā taḥ'milu riz'qahā -llahu yar'zuquhā wa'iyyākum' . wahuwa ssamīʻu l-ʻalīmu
How many are the creatures that carry not their own sustenance? It is Allah who feeds (both) them and you: for He hears and knows (all things).

4-I guide
Many creatures carry no food with them, yet Allah provides for them and for us; He hears and knows all.
Start with bismillah.
Ask: "Where do birds get their breakfast?"
Watch the FreeQuranEducation video Animals and Birds Live in Communities.
Now listen to the ayah together in the app, with the translation. Ask: "Who feeds all creatures?"
Each child keeps one wonder question, for example: "How does Allah feed every animal?" Younger children can draw theirs.
Find it in the mushaf: Surah Al-'Ankabut is surah 29. Find ayah 60. The key word rizqaha means its provision. Birds don't have fridges and fish don't have pantries, yet every morning they find food. Allah provides for each one. This ayah calmed believers who were worried about migrating and losing their income.
Fact: About how many species of birds are there in the world?
Ages 5–8: Bird feeder. Make a simple bird feeder and watch birds come.
Ages 9–12: Provision chain. Draw how one animal's food is provided by Allah through nature.
Finish with: "I found that there are about ___ bird species."
Talk together:
Make a small plan: "This week, I will put out food or water for birds."
Action: Put out food or water for birds.
