Each child keeps one wonder question, for example: "What makes a friendship last?" Younger children can draw theirs.

Find it in the mushaf: Surah Al-'Ankabut is surah 29. Find ayah 25. The key word mawaddah means friendship or affection. Ibrahim's people kept idol-worship partly to fit in and keep their friendships. Friendships built on wrong will fall apart. Friendships built on goodness and faith last forever.

Fact: Which surah tells of a believer in Paradise who looks down and sees the old friend who once tried to mislead him?

Ages 5–8: Friendship flower. Draw a flower with petals showing what makes a good friend.

Ages 9–12: Fitting in. Write about a time you chose what was right over fitting in.
