Each child keeps one wonder question, for example: "How can my deeds be for Allah alone?" Younger children can draw theirs.

Find it in the mushaf: Surah Al-Qasas is surah 28. Find ayah 88, the last ayah. The key words kullu shay'in halikun illa wajhah mean everything perishes except His Face. Palaces, treasures and kingdoms all end. Allah alone remains forever. Deeds done for Allah's sake are the ones that last.

Looking back: Surah Al-Qasas told Musa's life, from a basket on the river to a palace, a well in Madyan, a fire on the mountain and Pharaoh's end. It showed Qarun's pride, the mercy of night and day, and ended with a promise of return to Allah.

Ages 5–8: Story scroll. Draw five pictures from Musa's life in order on a long paper.

Ages 9–12: Al-Qasas map. Mark Egypt, Madyan and Mount Tur on a map and add a lesson for each place.
