Find it in the mushaf: Surah Al-Qasas is surah 28. Find ayah 35. The key words sanashuddu 'adudaka mean We will strengthen your arm. Allah agreed to send Harun. Together, with Allah's signs, they would be protected and victorious. Allah answers sincere requests.

Ages 5–8: Strong arm. Show how two hands lift more than one.

Ages 9–12: Stronger together. Write about a time teamwork made something possible.

Finish with: "I found that about ___ muscles help bend the arm."
