قُلْ عَسَىٰٓ أَن يَكُونَ رَدِفَ لَكُم بَعْضُ ٱلَّذِى تَسْتَعْجِلُونَ
Qul' ʻassā 'an yakūna radifa lakum baʻ'ḍu -lladhī tas'taʻ'jilūna
Say: "It may be that some of the events which ye wish to hasten on may be (close) in your pursuit!"

The Prophet is told to say that perhaps part of what they hurry for is already right behind them.
Start with bismillah.
Ask: "Can something be closer than it looks?"
Haramain Translations shows Saud Ash-Shuraim's An-Naml with English.
Now listen to the ayah together in the app, with the translation. Ask: "How close might it be?"
Each child keeps one wonder question, for example: "Why should we not delay doing good?" Younger children can draw theirs.
Find it in the mushaf: Surah An-Naml is surah 27. Find ayah 72. The key word radifa means following close behind. Consequences can come sooner than people think. Instead of mocking, it is wiser to prepare. Good deeds should not be left for later.
Fact: Which surah begins by saying the reckoning has drawn near to people?
Ages 5–8: Close behind. Play a game where someone tiptoes up behind you.
Ages 9–12: Do it now. Write three good things you will stop putting off.
Finish with: "I found it is Surah ___."
Talk together:
Make a small plan: "This week, I will finish one good task I have been delaying."
Action: Finish one good task you have been delaying.
