بَلِ ٱدَّٰرَكَ عِلْمُهُمْ فِى ٱلْءَاخِرَةِ ۚ بَلْ هُمْ فِى شَكٍّۢ مِّنْهَا ۖ بَلْ هُم مِّنْهَا عَمُونَ
Bali -ddāraka ʻil'muhum' fī l-'ākhirati . bal' hum' fī shakkin mmin'hā . bal' hum mmin'hā ʻamūna
Still less can their knowledge comprehend the Hereafter: Nay, they are in doubt and uncertainty thereanent; nay, they are blind thereunto!

Their understanding of the next life has run out; they are in doubt about it, even blind to it.
Start with bismillah.
Ask: "Why do some people doubt the Hereafter?"
Quranink adds English to Nasser Al-Qatami's recitation.
Now listen to the ayah together in the app, with the translation. Ask: "What are the deniers in doubt about?"
Each child keeps one wonder question, for example: "How can I be sure about the Hereafter?" Younger children can draw theirs.
Find it in the mushaf: Surah An-Naml is surah 27. Find ayah 66. The key word 'amun means blind. Some people refuse to look at the signs of the Hereafter. Their doubts grow because they do not think. The Quran gives many signs, like rain bringing dead land back to life.
Fact: Which surah is named after the Day of Resurrection?
Ages 5–8: Seeing signs. Find a dry plant, water it and watch it perk up.
Ages 9–12: Signs of return. List Quran signs that point to life after death.
Finish with: "I found it is Surah ___."
Talk together:
Make a small plan: "This week, I will notice a sign of new life and think of the Hereafter."
