Only someone who comes to Allah with a sound, healthy heart will benefit.
Start with bismillah.
Ask: "What does a healthy heart look like inside?"
Shaykh Yasir Qadhi speaks briefly about a pure heart at EPIC Masjid.
Now listen to the ayah together in the app, with the translation. Ask: "What will help on that Day?"
Each child keeps one wonder question, for example: "How do I keep my heart sound?" Younger children can draw theirs.
Find it in the mushaf: Surah Ash-Shu'ara is surah 26. Find ayah 89. The key words qalbin salim mean a sound heart. A sound heart is free from shirk, hatred, envy and pride. It is full of faith and love for Allah. Keeping the heart clean is a daily job.
Fact: About how many times does a human heart beat in one day?
Ages 5–8: Heart check. Draw a heart and fill it with good feelings.
Ages 9–12: Heart diseases. List things that make a heart unwell and their cures.
Finish with: "I found the heart beats about ___ times a day."

Talk together:
Make a small plan: "This week, I will let go of one bad feeling, like envy or anger."
Action: Let go of one bad feeling, like envy or anger.
