4-I guide
Musa's rescue holds a lesson, though most people still refuse to believe.
Start with bismillah.
Ask: "What is the biggest lesson from Musa's story?"
This one runs long. Let Idrees Abkar's recitation, from Door to Deen, set a calm mood.
Now listen to the ayah together in the app, with the translation. Ask: "What does the story contain?"
Each child keeps one wonder question, for example: "Why do people hear such stories and still not believe?" Younger children can draw theirs.
Find it in the mushaf: Surah Ash-Shu'ara is surah 26. Find ayah 67. The key word la-ayah means truly a sign. After the sea, the chorus returns. Musa's story is full of signs: the staff, the hand, the magicians, the sea. Signs need open hearts to work.
Fact: In about how many surahs is Musa mentioned?
Ages 5–8: Story strip. Draw four pictures from Musa's story in order.
Ages 9–12: Signs list. List every sign in Musa's story so far.
Finish with: "I found Musa is mentioned in about ___ surahs."

Talk together:
Make a small plan: "This week, I will retell Musa's story to someone."
Action: Retell Musa's story to someone.
