وَٱتَّقُوا۟ ٱلَّذِى خَلَقَكُمْ وَٱلْجِبِلَّةَ ٱلْأَوَّلِينَ

Shu'ayb told them to be mindful of the One who created them and the generations before them.
Start with bismillah.
Ask: "How does remembering Allah help us be honest?"

Now listen to the ayah together in the app, with the translation. Ask: "Who created them?"
Each child keeps one wonder question, for example: "Why remind them of earlier generations?" Younger children can draw theirs.
Find it in the mushaf: Surah Ash-Shu'ara is surah 26. Find ayah 184. The key word al-jibillah means the earlier generations. Allah created them and everyone before them. Earlier generations died and were judged. Remembering this helps us choose honesty now.
Fact: Which ayah of Al-Baqarah says worship your Lord who created you and those before you?
Ages 5–8: Honest test. Talk about doing schoolwork honestly.
Ages 9–12: Remember and be honest. Write how remembering Allah keeps us honest.
