Now listen to the ayah together in the app, with the translation. Ask: "What can these false gods not do?"

Each child keeps one wonder question, for example: "Why do people turn to things that cannot help?" Younger children can draw theirs.

Find it in the mushaf: Surah Al-Furqan is surah 25. Find ayah 3. The key word nushur means raising up after death. A true God creates, gives life, causes death and raises up again. Idols can do none of this. Only Allah has real power.

Ages 5–8: Can it? Point to a toy and ask: can it make anything? can it help itself?

Ages 9–12: Power check. Make two columns: what Allah does and what idols cannot do.
