۞ وَلَوْ رَحِمْنَٰهُمْ وَكَشَفْنَا مَا بِهِم مِّن ضُرٍّۢ لَّلَجُّوا۟ فِى طُغْيَٰنِهِمْ يَعْمَهُونَ
walaw' raḥim'nāhum' wakashaf'nā mā bihim mmin ḍurrin llalajjū fī ṭugh'yānihim' yaʻ'mahūna
If We had mercy on them and removed the distress which is on them, they would obstinately persist in their transgression, wandering in distraction to and fro.

Even if Allah showed them mercy and removed their hardship, they would keep on wandering in their wrongdoing.
Start with bismillah.
Ask: "Have you ever promised to change during trouble, then forgotten?"
Try a little of Saad Al-Ghamdi's Al-Mu'minun from Al Quran, and follow along.
Now listen to the ayah together in the app, with the translation. Ask: "What would they do after relief?"
Each child keeps one wonder question, for example: "How can I remember Allah after hard times end?" Younger children can draw theirs.
Find it in the mushaf: Surah Al-Mu'minun is surah 23. Find ayah 75. Some people turn to Allah only in trouble, then forget. Believers stay thankful after relief comes.
Fact: Find the ayah that says when trouble touches a person they call on Allah, then forget (Yunus 10:12).
Ages 5–8: Thank-you after. Make a card thanking Allah for a problem that ended.
Ages 9–12: Remember after. Write how to keep good habits after a hard time ends.
Finish with: "I found it in Surah ___, ayah ___."
Talk together:
Make a small plan: "This week, I will thank Allah for a problem that ended."
Action: Thank Allah for a problem that ended.
