4-I guide
The messenger asked his Lord to help him because they called him a liar.
Start with bismillah.
Ask: "Whose help do you want when you feel alone?"
Try a little of Yasser Al-Dosari's Al-Mu'minun from فهد العمري, and follow along.
Now listen to the ayah together in the app, with the translation. Ask: "Which earlier du'a does this sound like?"
Each child keeps one wonder question, for example: "Why do messengers make the same du'a?" Younger children can draw theirs.
Find it in the mushaf: Surah Al-Mu'minun is surah 23. Find ayah 39. This du'a is the same as Nuh's in ayah 26. Every messenger turned to Allah. We can use the same words when we feel misunderstood.
Fact: Compare ayat 26 and 39. Are the words the same?
Ages 5–8: Help hand-off. Act out asking for help politely.
Ages 9–12: Du'a notebook. Start a page of du'as from this surah.
Finish with: "I found the du'as are ___."

Talk together:
Make a small plan: "This week, I will say a du'a when I feel alone."
Action: Say a du'a when you feel alone.
