فَإِذَا ٱسْتَوَيْتَ أَنتَ وَمَن مَّعَكَ عَلَى ٱلْفُلْكِ فَقُلِ ٱلْحَمْدُ لِلَّهِ ٱلَّذِى نَجَّىٰنَا مِنَ ٱلْقَوْمِ ٱلظَّٰلِمِينَ
Fa'idhā (i)s'taway'ta 'anta waman mmaʻaka ʻalāl-ful'ki faquli l-ḥam'du lillahi -lladhī najjānā mina l-qaw'mi ẓẓālimīna
And when thou hast embarked on the Ark - thou and those with thee,- say: "Praise be to Allah, Who has saved us from the people who do wrong."

When Nuh and those with him were settled on the ark, he was told to praise Allah for saving them from the wrongdoers.
Start with bismillah.
Ask: "What do you say when you are saved from danger?"
Only a few minutes are needed: Abdur-Rahman As-Sudais recites Al-Mu'minun on Daily Recitation TV HD.
Now listen to the ayah together in the app, with the translation. Ask: "What should Nuh say?"
Each child keeps one wonder question, for example: "Why do we praise Allah after being saved?" Younger children can draw theirs.
Find it in the mushaf: Surah Al-Mu'minun is surah 23. Find ayah 28. The first thing on the ark was praise. Alhamdulillah is how believers respond to every rescue, big or small.
Fact: What does alhamdulillah mean in English?
Ages 5–8: Thank-you list. Draw times Allah kept you safe.
Ages 9–12: Praise words. Write different ways to thank Allah.
Finish with: "I found alhamdulillah means ___."
Talk together:
Make a small plan: "This week, I will say alhamdulillah after ___."
Action: Say alhamdulillah.
