Start with bismillah.

Ask: "Can you remember how tall you were when you were little?"

Listen together to a short recitation of ayat 11–14, shared by Iqraa - English.

Now listen to the ayah together in the app, with the translation. Ask: "Which stages can you hear in the translation?"

Each child keeps one wonder question, for example: "How does Allah make bones and then cover them?" Younger children can draw theirs.

Find it in the mushaf: Surah Al-Mu'minun is surah 23. Find ayah 14. A sign to ponder: the ayah describes growing step by step, with bones and then flesh, then a brand-new person. It ends with Ahsan al-Khaliqin: Allah, the finest of all who make things.

Fact: How many bones does a newborn baby have, and how many does an adult have?

Ages 5–8: Growth line. Line up baby photos or drawings from small to big.

Ages 9–12: Stages. Draw the stages from the ayah in a simple flow chart.

Finish with: "I found a baby has ___ bones and an adult ___."

Talk together:

• How amazing is your own body?
• Which name of Allah does this remind you of?
• Why does the ayah end with praise?
• How can you look after your body?

Make a small plan: "This week, I will say 'tabarakallah' when I notice something amazing in my body."
