وَمَنْ خَفَّتْ مَوَٰزِينُهُۥ فَأُو۟لَٰٓئِكَ ٱلَّذِينَ خَسِرُوٓا۟ أَنفُسَهُمْ فِى جَهَنَّمَ خَٰلِدُونَ
Wa man' khaffat' mawāzīnuhu fa'ūlā'ika -lladhīna khassirū 'anfussahum' fī jahannama khālidūna
But those whose balance is light, will be those who have lost their souls, in Hell will they abide.

Those whose scales are light have lost themselves, and they will stay in Jahannam.
Start with bismillah.
Ask: "What happens if a basket is empty at the market?"
نور على نور has a short clip of the closing ayat of Al-Mu'minun. Listen together.
Now listen to the ayah together in the app, with the translation. Ask: "What happens to those with light scales?"
Each child keeps one wonder question, for example: "How can I keep my scale from being light?" Younger children can draw theirs.
Find it in the mushaf: Surah Al-Mu'minun is surah 23. Find ayah 103. One serious line: those who did no good lost themselves. The lesson for us is hopeful: we can fill our scales with good now.
Fact: How light is a feather? Find its weight in grams.
Ages 5–8: Fill the basket. Draw a basket and fill it with good deeds.
Ages 9–12: Hope. Write three ways to fill your scale this week.
Finish with: "I found a feather weighs about ___."
Talk together:
Make a small plan: "This week, I will do three good deeds: ___."
Action: Do your deeds.
