إِنَّ ٱلَّذِينَ كَفَرُوا۟ وَيَصُدُّونَ عَن سَبِيلِ ٱللَّهِ وَٱلْمَسْجِدِ ٱلْحَرَامِ ٱلَّذِى جَعَلْنَٰهُ لِلنَّاسِ سَوَآءً ٱلْعَٰكِفُ فِيهِ وَٱلْبَادِ ۚ وَمَن يُرِدْ فِيهِ بِإِلْحَادٍۭ بِظُلْمٍۢ نُّذِقْهُ مِنْ عَذَابٍ أَلِيمٍۢ
How to read it
'Inna -lladhīna kafarū wayaṣuddūna ʻan sabīli -llahi wal-mas'jidi l-ḥarāmi -lladhī jaʻalnāhu li nnāssi sawā'an l-ʻākifu fīhi wal-bādi . waman yurid' fīhi bi'il'ḥādin biẓul'min nnudhiq'hu min' ʻadhābin 'alīmin
As to those who have rejected (Allah), and would keep back (men) from the Way of Allah, and from the Sacred Mosque, which We have made (open) to (all) men - equal is the dweller there and the visitor from the country - and any whose purpose therein is profanity or wrong-doing - them will We cause to taste of a most Grievous Penalty.
