Start with bismillah.

Ask: "What do you think could make a mother forget her baby?"

Now listen to the ayah together in the app, with the translation. Ask: "How will people look on that Day?"

Each child keeps one wonder question, for example: "Why does Allah describe the Day so strongly?" Younger children can draw theirs.

Find it in the mushaf: Surah Al-Hajj is surah 22. Find ayah 2. One serious line: the Day will be so overwhelming that the strongest love, a mother's, is forgotten for a moment. The Quran tells us now so we can prepare calmly. Grown-ups, talk gently if this worries a child.

Fact: Find another ayah where people run from their family on that Day ('Abasa 80:34–36).

Ages 5–8: Hug list. Draw the people you love and thank Allah for them.

Ages 9–12: Calm reminder. Write why a strong warning can be a mercy.

Finish with: "I found it in Surah ___, ayat ___."

Talk together:

• How do you feel hearing this ayah?
• Which name of Allah does this remind you of?
• Why is a warning a kindness?
• Who can you talk to when you feel worried?

Make a small plan: "This week, I will tell my family I love them."

• Say 'I love you'.
• Show your hug list.
• Share your calm reminder.
• Next time: the next ayah (22:3) describes people who argue about Allah without knowledge. Explore it together!

Action: Tell your family you love them.
