قَالَ بَلْ فَعَلَهُۥ كَبِيرُهُمْ هَٰذَا فَسْـَٔلُوهُمْ إِن كَانُوا۟ يَنطِقُونَ
Qāla bal' faʻalahu kabīruhum' hādhā fas''alūhum' 'in kānū yanṭiqūna
He said: "Nay, this was done by - this is their biggest one! ask them, if they can speak intelligently!"

Ibrahim said, pointing at the biggest one, that they should ask the idols themselves, if they could speak.
Start with bismillah.
Ask: "Can a statue answer a question?"
Try a little of Muhammad Siddiq Al-Minshawi's Al-Anbiya from Quran For Heart , and follow along.
Now listen to the ayah together in the app, with the translation. Ask: "What did Ibrahim tell them to do?"
Each child keeps one wonder question, for example: "Why was this answer so powerful?" Younger children can draw theirs.
Find it in the mushaf: Surah Al-Anbiya is surah 21. Find ayah 63. Ibrahim's answer made them face the truth: the idols couldn't speak, so how could they be gods? Scholars explain Ibrahim's words here as a way to make them think; ask your teacher about it.
Fact: Which animal can copy human words? Find one.
Ages 5–8: Talking or not. Sort pictures of things that can and can't speak.
Ages 9–12: Powerful questions. Write why Ibrahim's answer worked.
Finish with: "I found ___ can copy words."
Talk together:
Make a small plan: "This week, I will ask 'does this make sense?' before believing something."
