وَقَالُوا۟ ٱتَّخَذَ ٱلرَّحْمَٰنُ وَلَدًۭا ۗ سُبْحَٰنَهُۥ ۚ بَلْ عِبَادٌۭ مُّكْرَمُونَ
Wa qālū (i)ttakhadha rraḥ'mānu waladan . sub'ḥānahu . bal' ʻibādun mmuk'ramūna
And they say: "(Allah) Most Gracious has begotten offspring." Glory to Him! they are (but) servants raised to honour.

Some said the Most Merciful has children, but glory be to Him: those they mean are only honoured servants.
Start with bismillah.
Ask: "Does Allah need a family like we do?"
Sit quietly and hear Maher Al-Muaiqly, posted by الشيخ ماهر بن حمد المعيقلي. Only the start is needed.
Now listen to the ayah together in the app, with the translation. Ask: "What does Allah call them?"
Each child keeps one wonder question, for example: "What does 'honoured servants' mean?" Younger children can draw theirs.
Find it in the mushaf: Surah Al-Anbiya is surah 21. Find ayah 26. Some people believed the angels were Allah's children. The Quran says they are His honoured servants. Allah is One and needs no family. We speak kindly about other beliefs while knowing this truth.
Fact: Which short surah says Allah does not have children? (Al-Ikhlas.).
Ages 5–8: Honoured helpers. Draw clouds and write 'angels obey Allah'.
Ages 9–12: Al-Ikhlas. Write the meaning of Surah Al-Ikhlas in your words.
Finish with: "I found it is Surah ___."
Talk together:
Make a small plan: "This week, I will recite Al-Ikhlas each night."
Action: Recite Al-Ikhlas each night.
