فَمَا زَالَت تِّلْكَ دَعْوَىٰهُمْ حَتَّىٰ جَعَلْنَٰهُمْ حَصِيدًا خَٰمِدِينَ
Famā zālat ttil'ka daʻ'wāhum' ḥattā jaʻalnāhum' ḥaṣīdan khāmidīna
And that cry of theirs ceased not, till We made them as a field that is mown, as ashes silent and quenched.

Start with bismillah.
Ask: "What does a field look like after harvest?"
Try a little of Saud Ash-Shuraim's Al-Anbiya from Haramain Translations, and follow along.
Now listen to the ayah together in the app, with the translation. Ask: "What are they compared to?"
Each child keeps one wonder question, for example: "Why does the Quran use pictures from nature?" Younger children can draw theirs.
Find it in the mushaf: Surah Al-Anbiya is surah 21. Find ayah 15. One calm line: they ended like a cut field or a fire gone out. The picture helps us remember that life is short and our choices matter.
Fact: What happens to a field after the harvest? Find out what farmers do next.
Ages 5–8: Harvest picture. Draw a field before and after harvest.
Ages 9–12: Nature lessons. Write another lesson from a harvested field.
