4-I guide
Allah told them not to fear, because He was with them, hearing and seeing.
Start with bismillah.
Ask: "What are the most comforting words you've heard?"
Put on Omar Jaber's Ta-Ha from Ahmad Abdelgader and follow along for a little while.
Now listen to the ayah together in the app, with the translation. Ask: "What two things does Allah do?"
Each child keeps one wonder question, for example: "How does knowing Allah hears and sees calm fear?" Younger children can draw theirs.
Find it in the mushaf: Surah Ta-Ha is surah 20. Find ayah 46. As-Sami' hears and Al-Basir sees. Allah promised to be with them. When we do good, Allah's help is near.
Fact: Find where the Prophet told his friend 'Allah is with us' (At-Tawbah 9:40).
Ages 5–8: With me. Draw yourself with words: Allah hears, Allah sees.
Ages 9–12: Comfort. Write how this ayah helps you when scared.
Finish with: "I found it in Surah ___, ayah ___."

Talk together:
Make a small plan: "This week, I will remember Allah hears and sees when I'm scared."
Action: Remember Allah hears and sees when you're scared.
