4-I guide
Musa prayed: my Lord, open my chest for me.
Start with bismillah.
Ask: "How does your chest feel when you are worried?"
Play the short Ta-Ha clip of ayat 25–28 from Tajweed.
Now listen to the ayah together in the app, with the translation. Ask: "What did Musa ask for first?"
Each child keeps one wonder question, for example: "What does an 'open chest' feel like?" Younger children can draw theirs.
Find it in the mushaf: Surah Ta-Ha is surah 20. Find ayah 25. Musa began with a du'a for a calm, wide heart, ready for hard work. We can say this du'a before exams, talks or any hard task.
Fact: Find the surah that begins with Allah opening the Prophet's chest (Ash-Sharh 94:1).
Ages 5–8: Big breath. Take a big breath and feel your chest open.
Ages 9–12: Du'a card. Write the meaning of Musa's du'a on a card.
Finish with: "I found it is Surah ___."

Talk together:
Make a small plan: "This week, I will say Musa's du'a before something hard."
Action: Say Musa's du'a before something hard.
