Now listen to the ayah together in the app, with the translation. Ask: "What did some change?"

Each child keeps one wonder question, for example: "Why change a simple word?" Younger children can draw theirs.

Find it in the mushaf: Surah Al-Baqarah is surah 2. Find ayah 59. Instead of 'hittah', some mocked by saying another word. This ayah mentions, in one calm line, the punishment. Following instructions sincerely matters.

Fact: The Prophet explained some changed hittah into a word mocking it (Bukhari).

Ages 5–8: Follow exactly. Play a game of following instructions exactly.

Ages 9–12: Sincerity. Write why we follow Allah's words sincerely.

Finish with: "Some ___ the word they were given."

Talk together:

• What did some change?
• Which name of Allah does this remind you of?
• Why wrong?
• How will you follow sincerely?

Make a small plan: "This week, I will follow instructions without changing them."

• Follow sincerely.
• Don't mock.
• Obey.
