يَٰبَنِىٓ إِسْرَٰٓءِيلَ ٱذْكُرُوا۟ نِعْمَتِىَ ٱلَّتِىٓ أَنْعَمْتُ عَلَيْكُمْ وَأَنِّى فَضَّلْتُكُمْ عَلَى ٱلْعَٰلَمِينَ
Yābanī 'is'rā'īla (u)dh'kurū niʻ'matiya -llatī 'an'ʻam'tu ʻalay'kum' wa'annī faḍḍaltukum' ʻalāl-ʻālamīna
Children of Israel! call to mind the (special) favour which I bestowed upon you, and that I preferred you to all other (for My Message).

4-I guide
O Children of Israel, remember Allah's favour on you and how He raised you above other peoples of your time.
Start with bismillah.
Ask: "Does being chosen come with responsibility?"
Mishary Alafasy recites Al-Baqarah on QURAN HIFZ. A few minutes is plenty.
Now listen to the ayah together in the app, with the translation. Ask: "What are they asked to remember again?"
Each child keeps one wonder question, for example: "Why does being chosen bring responsibility?" Younger children can draw theirs.
Find it in the mushaf: Surah Al-Baqarah is surah 2. Find ayah 47. Allah honoured them with many prophets in their time. Honour comes with the duty to obey. Today, honour comes from taqwa, not family (49:13).
Fact: The most honoured with Allah is the most mindful of Him (49:13).
Ages 5–8: Responsibility. Talk about a job that comes with an honour.
Ages 9–12: Honour and duty. Write why honour brings duty.
Finish with: "Honour comes from ___."
Talk together:
Make a small plan: "This week, I will be mindful of Allah in one choice each day."
Action: Be mindful of Allah in one choice each day.
