Ask: "What really gets you to Jannah?"

Play the short Al-Baqarah clip of ayat 110–112 from Hidaya learning quran.

Now listen to the ayah together in the app, with the translation. Ask: "What two things are needed?"

Each child keeps one wonder question, for example: "Why does it say 'submits his face'?" Younger children can draw theirs.

Find it in the mushaf: Surah Al-Baqarah is surah 2. Find ayah 112. It's not about labels but about submitting to Allah and doing good with excellence. That's the path to reward.

Fact: Ihsan means doing good as if you see Allah.

Ages 5–8: Excellence. Do one task with full effort.

Ages 9–12: Submission. Write what submitting fully to Allah means.

Finish with: "Submit to Allah and do ___."

Talk together:

• What two things bring reward?
• Which name of Allah does this remind you of?
• What is ihsan?
• Which act will you do with excellence?

Make a small plan: "This week, I will pray one prayer with extra care each day."

• Submit.
• Do good.
• No fear.
• Next time: the next ayah (2:113) speaks of groups blaming each other. Explore it together!
