يَٰٓأَبَتِ إِنِّى قَدْ جَآءَنِى مِنَ ٱلْعِلْمِ مَا لَمْ يَأْتِكَ فَٱتَّبِعْنِىٓ أَهْدِكَ صِرَٰطًۭا سَوِيًّۭا
Yā'abati 'innī qad' jā'anī mina l-ʻil'mi mā lam' ya''tika fa-ttabiʻ'nī 'ah'dika ṣirāṭan sawiyyan
"O my father! to me hath come knowledge which hath not reached thee: so follow me: I will guide thee to a way that is even and straight.

4-I guide
Ibrahim told his father that he had been given knowledge his father hadn't, so if he followed him, he would guide him to a straight path.
Start with bismillah.
Ask: "Can a child ever teach a parent?"
Islam Sobhi recites Maryam on Quran Voice. A few minutes is plenty.
Now listen to the ayah together in the app, with the translation. Ask: "What did Ibrahim offer his father?"
Each child keeps one wonder question, for example: "How did Ibrahim offer help without being rude?" Younger children can draw theirs.
Find it in the mushaf: Surah Maryam is surah 19. Find ayah 43. Ibrahim had knowledge from Allah. He kindly offered to guide his father. Knowledge is for sharing gently, not for showing off.
Fact: Find the du'a 'my Lord, increase me in knowledge' (Ta-Ha 20:114).
Ages 5–8: Teach a grown-up. Teach a parent one thing you learned this week.
Ages 9–12: Sharing knowledge. Write how to share knowledge kindly.
Finish with: "I found it in Surah ___, ayah ___."
Talk together:
Make a small plan: "This week, I will teach a family member one thing I learned."
Action: Teach a family member one thing you learned.
