ذَٰلِكَ عِيسَى ٱبْنُ مَرْيَمَ ۚ قَوْلَ ٱلْحَقِّ ٱلَّذِى فِيهِ يَمْتَرُونَ
Dhālika ʻīssā(i)b'nu mar'yama . qaw'la l-ḥaqqi -lladhī fīhi yam'tarūna
Such (was) Jesus the son of Mary: (it is) a statement of truth, about which they (vainly) dispute.

That is Isa, son of Maryam: the true account that people argue about.
Start with bismillah.
Ask: "Why is it important to know the truth about a prophet?"
Ahmed Al-Ajmi recites Maryam on Galaxy_القرآن . A few minutes is plenty.
Now listen to the ayah together in the app, with the translation. Ask: "Whose son is Isa called?"
Each child keeps one wonder question, for example: "Why does the Quran call Isa 'son of Maryam'?" Younger children can draw theirs.
Find it in the mushaf: Surah Maryam is surah 19. Find ayah 34. The Quran tells the truth about Isa: he is the son of Maryam and a servant and prophet of Allah. Muslims love and respect Isa as one of the great prophets.
Fact: Find where Isa is called a great messenger in Al-Ahzab (33:7).
Ages 5–8: Prophet list. Write Isa in your list of prophets you love.
Ages 9–12: Respect. Write how Muslims show love for Isa.
Finish with: "I found it in Surah ___, ayah ___."
Talk together:
Make a small plan: "This week, I will say 'alayhis salam' after every prophet's name."
Action: Say 'alayhis salam' after every prophet's name.
