Start with bismillah.

Ask: "What colour do you think of when you imagine Jannah?"

Put on Hazza Al-Balushi's Al-Kahf from Gading Ikhwan and follow along for a little while.

Now listen to the ayah together in the app, with the translation. Ask: "What colour are the garments?"

Each child keeps one wonder question, for example: "What would a garden of forever feel like?" Younger children can draw theirs.

Find it in the mushaf: Surah Al-Kahf is surah 18. Find ayah 31. Allah describes Jannah with beautiful pictures: rivers, green silk, golden bracelets and comfortable couches. The real thing is even better than we can imagine.

Fact: Find another ayah that describes green garments in Jannah (Al-Insan 76:21).

Ages 5–8: Garden drawing. Draw a green garden with flowing rivers.

Ages 9–12: Reward. Write what the description makes you feel.

Finish with: "I found it in Surah ___, ayah ___."

Talk together:

• What do you imagine?
• Which name of Allah does this remind you of?
• Why describe it for us?
• What deed will you do for it?

Make a small plan: "This week, I will do one deed hoping for Jannah."
