Ask: "What do you say when you plan something?"

For a few quiet minutes, listen to Ali Jaber reciting Al-Kahf, shared by التوبة قرآن كريم.

Now listen to the ayah together in the app, with the translation. Ask: "What should you do when you forget?"

Each child keeps one wonder question, for example: "Why does 'in shaa Allah' matter so much?" Younger children can draw theirs.

Find it in the mushaf: Surah Al-Kahf is surah 18. Find ayah 24. In shaa Allah means 'if Allah wills'. It reminds us Allah is in charge. If we forget to say it, we remember Allah as soon as we can.

Fact: Find where Musa says 'you will find me patient, in shaa Allah' later in this surah (18:69).

Ages 5–8: In shaa Allah game. Say a plan, and everyone answers 'in shaa Allah'.

Ages 9–12: Trust. Write how saying in shaa Allah changes your heart.

Finish with: "I found it in ayah ___."
