Ask: "What makes a heart strong?"

Al-Husary's official channel has his clear, steady Al-Kahf. Listen for a few minutes and feel how firm his voice is.

Now listen to the ayah together in the app, with the translation. Ask: "What did the youths stand up and say?"

Each child keeps one wonder question, for example: "Where did their courage come from?" Younger children can draw theirs.

Find it in the mushaf: Surah Al-Kahf is surah 18. Find ayah 14. Standing up for the truth is hard. Allah tied their hearts firm. When we stand for Allah, He gives us strength.

Fact: Find where Allah strengthened the heart of Musa's mother (Al-Qasas 28:10).

Ages 5–8: Stand tall. Practise standing tall and saying 'Allah is my Lord.'

Ages 9–12: Courage. Write about a time you needed a strong heart.

Finish with: "I found it in Surah ___, ayah ___."

Talk together:

• What makes you brave?
• Which name of Allah does this remind you of?
• Who strengthens hearts?
• When do you need courage?

Make a small plan: "This week, I will ask Allah for a strong heart before something hard."
