4-I guide
Your Lord makes ships sail smoothly for you across the sea so you can seek His provision; He is merciful to you.
Start with bismillah.
Ask: "How can a heavy ship float?"
Saad Al-Ghamdi recites Al-Isra on Al Quran. A few minutes is plenty.
Now listen to the ayah together in the app, with the translation. Ask: "Who makes ships sail?"
Each child keeps one wonder question, for example: "How do ships float on water?" Younger children can draw theirs.
Find it in the mushaf: Surah Al-Isra is surah 17. Find ayah 66. A sign to ponder: a ship floats because it pushes aside water equal to its weight. Allah made the laws that let ships carry food and goods across the world.
Fact: What is the biggest ship in the world? Find its weight.
Ages 5–8: Float test. Make a foil boat and see how many coins it carries.
Ages 9–12: Floating. Write how ships float.
Finish with: "I found it weighs ___ tonnes."
Talk together:
Make a small plan: "This week, I will thank Allah for food that came by sea."
Action: Thank Allah for food that came by sea.
Adults supervise water play.
