Start with bismillah.

Ask: "How can you be brave when facing a bully?"

Settle down and play the start of Maher Al-Muaiqly's Al-Isra (Rabb na Allah).

Now listen to the ayah together in the app, with the translation. Ask: "Who sent the signs, according to Musa?"

Each child keeps one wonder question, for example: "Where did Musa's courage come from?" Younger children can draw theirs.

Find it in the mushaf: Surah Al-Isra is surah 17. Find ayah 102. Musa answered Pharaoh with confidence. He knew the truth was from Allah. Courage comes from trusting Allah.

Fact: Find where Allah tells Musa 'do not fear, I am with you' (Ta-Ha 20:46).

Ages 5–8: Brave words. Practise saying a true thing calmly and bravely.

Ages 9–12: Courage. Write how faith gives courage.

Finish with: "I found it in Surah ___, ayah ___."

Talk together:

• Where does courage come from?
• Which name of Allah does this remind you of?
• How did Musa answer?
• When do you need courage?

Make a small plan: "This week, I will speak up calmly for what's true."
