فَٱدْخُلُوٓا۟ أَبْوَٰبَ جَهَنَّمَ خَٰلِدِينَ فِيهَا ۖ فَلَبِئْسَ مَثْوَى ٱلْمُتَكَبِّرِينَ
Fa-d'khulū 'ab'wāba jahannama khālidīna fīhā . falabi''sa math'wāl-mutakabbirīna
"So enter the gates of Hell, to dwell therein. Thus evil indeed is the abode of the arrogant."

They will be told to enter the gates of Hell to stay there, and an evil home it is for the arrogant.
Start with bismillah.
Ask: "Why is pride so dangerous?"
Begin Saad Al-Ghamdi's An-Nahl on Door to Deen and listen for a few minutes.
Now listen to the ayah together in the app, with the translation. Ask: "Whose home is described?"
Each child keeps one wonder question, for example: "How can I keep my heart free of pride?" Younger children can draw theirs.
Find it in the mushaf: Surah An-Nahl is surah 16. Find ayah 29. One short, serious line about the end of the arrogant. We don't dwell on it. We remember that humility, faith and good deeds lead to the good home in the next ayat.
Fact: Read 16:30–31 for the opposite home.
Ages 5–8: Humble steps. Do one humble act, like helping clear up.
Ages 9–12: Pride and humility. Write the end of each from 16:29–31.
Finish with: "16:31 describes ___."
Talk together:
Make a small plan: "This week, I will do one humble act each day."
Action: Do one humble act each day.
