إِنَّ عِبَادِى لَيْسَ لَكَ عَلَيْهِمْ سُلْطَٰنٌ إِلَّا مَنِ ٱتَّبَعَكَ مِنَ ٱلْغَاوِينَ
'Inna ʻibādī lay'sa laka ʻalay'him' sulṭānun 'illā mani (i)ttabaʻaka mina l-ghāwīna
"For over My servants no authority shalt thou have, except such as put themselves in the wrong and follow thee."

Allah told Iblis he would have no power over His servants, except those who choose to follow him.
Start with bismillah.
Ask: "Can Shaytan force us to do wrong?"
Hear the opening minutes of Al-Hijr in Saud Ash-Shuraim's voice, from Haramain Translations.
Now listen to the ayah together in the app, with the translation. Ask: "Who does Iblis have power over?"
Each child keeps one wonder question, for example: "Why can't Shaytan force us?" Younger children can draw theirs.
Find it in the mushaf: Surah Al-Hijr is surah 15. Find ayah 42. Shaytan can only whisper; he can't force anyone. Those who follow him choose to. Allah's servants are protected.
Fact: Find the ayah where Shaytan admits he had no power (Ibrahim 14:22).
Ages 5–8: No force. Talk about how we choose our actions.
Ages 9–12: Our choice. Write how we can say no to Shaytan.
Finish with: "I found it in Surah ___, ayah ___."
Talk together:
Make a small plan: "This week, I will say a'udhu billah and choose good."
Action: Say a'udhu billah and choose good.
