قَالَ رَبِّ بِمَآ أَغْوَيْتَنِى لَأُزَيِّنَنَّ لَهُمْ فِى ٱلْأَرْضِ وَلَأُغْوِيَنَّهُمْ أَجْمَعِينَ
Qāla rabbi bimā 'agh'way'tanī la'uzayyinanna lahum' fī l-'ar'ḍi wala'ugh'wiyannahum' 'aj'maʻīna
(Iblis) said: "O my Lord! because Thou hast put me in the wrong, I will make (wrong) fair-seeming to them on the earth, and I will put them all in the wrong,-

Iblis said he would make wrong things look attractive on earth and lead people astray.
Start with bismillah.
Ask: "How can something bad look good?"
Begin Muhammad Siddiq Al-Minshawi's Al-Hijr on smjavaid and listen for a few minutes.
Now listen to the ayah together in the app, with the translation. Ask: "What will Iblis make look attractive?"
Each child keeps one wonder question, for example: "How can I spot a bad thing dressed up nicely?" Younger children can draw theirs.
Find it in the mushaf: Surah Al-Hijr is surah 15. Find ayah 39. Iblis's trick is to make wrong look fun or pretty. Knowing his trick helps us stop and think: is this really good?
Fact: Find the ayah where Shaytan made their deeds look good (An-Nahl 16:63).
Ages 5–8: Pretty trick. Wrap a rock in shiny paper and talk about looks.
Ages 9–12: Spot it. Write how to tell if something is truly good.
Finish with: "I found it in Surah ___, ayah ___."
Talk together:
Make a small plan: "This week, I will ask 'does Allah like this?' before choosing."
Action: Ask 'does Allah like this?' before choosing.
