فَلَا تَحْسَبَنَّ ٱللَّهَ مُخْلِفَ وَعْدِهِۦ رُسُلَهُۥٓ ۗ إِنَّ ٱللَّهَ عَزِيزٌۭ ذُو ٱنتِقَامٍۢ
Falā taḥ'sabanna -llaha mukh'lifa waʻ'dihī russulahu . 'inna -llaha ʻazīzun dhū (i)ntiqāmin
Never think that Allah would fail his messengers in His promise: for Allah is Exalted in power, - the Lord of Retribution.

Never think Allah will break His promise to His messengers, for Allah is Almighty and gives every wrongdoer what is due.
Start with bismillah.
Ask: "Who is someone who always keeps their word?"
Al-Ossi recites ayat 42–52 in a second clip on The Verbatim Word of Allah. Play it and listen for the promise to the messengers.
Now listen to the ayah together in the app, with the translation. Ask: "What will Allah never break?"
Each child keeps one wonder question, for example: "How does knowing Allah keeps His promises make me feel?" Younger children can draw theirs.
Find it in the mushaf: Surah Ibrahim is surah 14. Find ayah 47. Allah always keeps His promises. He promised to help His messengers, and He did. He is Al-Aziz, the Almighty. His promises of mercy for believers are true too.
Fact: Search the Quran for another ayah that says Allah never breaks His promise (Ar-Rum 30:6).
Ages 5–8: Promise keeper. Make a promise you can keep this week, and keep it.
Ages 9–12: Allah's promises. List three promises Allah makes to believers in the Quran.
Finish with: "Ar-Rum 30:6 says that ___."
Talk together:
Make a small plan: "This week, I will keep one promise to someone."
Action: Keep one promise to someone.
