۞ مَثَلُ ٱلْفَرِيقَيْنِ كَٱلْأَعْمَىٰ وَٱلْأَصَمِّ وَٱلْبَصِيرِ وَٱلسَّمِيعِ ۚ هَلْ يَسْتَوِيَانِ مَثَلًا ۚ أَفَلَا تَذَكَّرُونَ
mathalu l-farīqay'ni kal-'aʻ'mā wal-'aṣammi wal-baṣīri wa ssamīʻi . hal' yas'tawiyāni mathalan . 'afalā tadhakkarūna
These two kinds (of men) may be compared to the blind and deaf, and those who can see and hear well. Are they equal when compared? Will ye not then take heed?

4-I guide
The two groups are like someone blind and deaf and someone who can see and hear, and they are not the same, so people should take heed.
Start with bismillah.
Ask: "How would you find your way if you couldn't see or hear?"
Settle down and play the start of Muhammad Al-Luhaidan's Hud (Door to Deen).
Now listen to the ayah together in the app, with the translation. Ask: "What are the two groups compared to?"
Each child keeps one wonder question, for example: "What does it mean to see and hear the truth?" Younger children can draw theirs.
Find it in the mushaf: Surah Hud is surah 11. Find ayah 24. This is a picture: people who reject the truth are like those who cannot see or hear it; believers can. It is about the heart, not the eyes. We ask Allah to keep our hearts seeing.
Fact: Al-Hajj 22:46 says it is the hearts in the chests that go blind. Read it.
Ages 5–8: Senses. Thank Allah for your eyes and ears, and name what you love seeing and hearing.
Ages 9–12: Heart sight. Write the difference between eyes that see and hearts that see.
Finish with: "Al-Hajj 22:46 says ___."
Talk together:
Make a small plan: "This week, I will make du'a for a heart that sees the truth."
Action: Make du'a for a heart that sees the truth.
