وَيَعْبُدُونَ مِن دُونِ ٱللَّهِ مَا لَا يَضُرُّهُمْ وَلَا يَنفَعُهُمْ وَيَقُولُونَ هَٰٓؤُلَآءِ شُفَعَٰٓؤُنَا عِندَ ٱللَّهِ ۚ قُلْ أَتُنَبِّـُٔونَ ٱللَّهَ بِمَا لَا يَعْلَمُ فِى ٱلسَّمَٰوَٰتِ وَلَا فِى ٱلْأَرْضِ ۚ سُبْحَٰنَهُۥ وَتَعَٰلَىٰ عَمَّا يُشْرِكُونَ
How to read it
Wa yaʻ'budūna min dūni -llahi mā lā yaḍurruhum' walā yanfaʻuhum' wayaqūlūna hā'ulā'i shufaʻā'unā ʻinda -llahi . qul' 'atunabbi'ūna -llaha bimā lā yaʻ'lamu fī ssamāwāti walā fī l-'ar'ḍi . sub'ḥānahu wataʻālā ʻammā yush'rikūna
They serve, besides Allah, things that hurt them not nor profit them, and they say: "These are our intercessors with Allah." Say: "Do ye indeed inform Allah of something He knows not, in the heavens or on earth?- Glory to Him! and far is He above the partners they ascribe (to Him)!"
